Quality Assurance Test Automation Intern (Brazil)
Eliis are looking for a Quality Assurance Test Automation Intern to join the Product team and support regression testing and validation of new PaleoScan™ tools and workflows for seismic interpretation and geological modeling.

About the Role
As we expand our presence in the Americas, we seek a Quality Assurance Test Automation intern to support regression testing and validation of PaleoScan tools. This role requires being able to understand, analyze, test and develop code to automate typical seismic interpretation and geological modeling workflows. The intern will be part of the Product Team, with members both in Brazil and France, making it an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment.
Your Responsibilities
As a QA Test Automation intern, you will work alongside experienced QA analysts and software developers to support the development and improvement of Paleoscan tools. This role is ideal for students who enjoy coding, problem-solving and want hands-on experience in a professional software development environment.
- Create python scripts to automate regression test workflows to identify bugs and ensure software stability
- Accurately document issues to guide the Development Team
What You Bring
Experience & Education
- Currently pursuing a degree in Geology, Geophysics or computer science related courses
- Intermediate coding skills in Python
- Able to communicate well and daily in English, both written and spoken
- Familiar with computer science concepts in general
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Nice to Have
- Agile workflows knowledge
- Experience with any seismic software and/or experience with other geology-related software’s (Modeling, GIS, etc)
- Pipeline versioning
